\nWhen you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email.

\nAt this time we only ship to certain countries listed below, in line with our standard online shop postage charges.\u00a0Please note that for deliveries to anywhere excluding Kuwait carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. \nReturns & Exchanges
\nIf you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition with all original packaging and labels intact and we will issue you with a full refund of the amount (excl. Shipping costs with the exception of faulty items) upon receipt of the goods to us. Refunds will be credited to your original method payment. Please note that unless a product is defective, all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. We suggest that you use either a courier service or registered mail service which will allow you to insure the goods as well as obtain a signature upon delivery.
